Together, you can explore what brings you meaning, navigate challenges, and empower self-growth.

She welcomes and enjoys working with a variety of people, fostering an inclusive space where everyone feels at ease. She offers support through many different challenges, including anxiety, grief, and life transitions, such as career shifts, divorce, friendships, loss, and entering parenthood, as well as for processing life experiences and deepening self-understanding. With specialized training in medical trauma, She has a particular interest in women’s health and working with women experiencing fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, and postpartum.

She is working under the supervision of Laura Edwards, LPCC-S.

“But part of getting to know yourself is to unknow yourself—to let go of the limiting stories you’ve told yourself about who you are so that you aren’t trapped by them, so you can live your life and not the story you’ve been telling yourself about your life.”
– Lori Gottlieb (Maybe You Should Talk to Someone)
