Meet Us
Kellie Ryan, LISW
(she/her/hers)

Kellie is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with a Supervision designation. She earned her Masters of Social Work at the University of Cincinnati with an intensive focus on mental health. Now, Kellie has had fifteen years of experience in the field of mental health, ranging from community-based work, hospital work and three years in private practice.
As a down-to-earth and compassionate therapist, Kellie takes a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach to help clients find clarity, build resilience, and restore balance in their lives. She believes healing happens when we feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow—at our own pace and in our own way. Much like nature, we each have the capacity to adapt, bloom, and thrive through life’s seasons. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, Kellie offers a space rooted in empathy, authenticity, and practical tools to help you reconnect with your strengths and move forward with intention.
Kellie enjoys working with those going through stressful life challenges and transitions. These may include choosing and transitioning to college, getting married, having children, changing jobs or losses within life. She also has much empathy for those struggling with fertility as well as for first time parents and parents working through parenting difficulties.
In her free time Kellie enjoys walking and hiking at the many different parks around the city, practicing yoga and working with plants both inside and out.
