Ciara Crow, LPC
(she/her/hers)
Ciara Crow is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Xavier University. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Services, and Addictions from Northern Kentucky University.
Ciara has experience working in behavioral health settings with children, adolescents, and young adults, and she is passionate about supporting the younger generation as they navigate life’s challenges, identity development, relationships, emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, and personal growth. Her counseling style is warm, interactive, compassionate, and relational, creating a safe environment where clients feel genuinely known, supported, and encouraged.
Ciara offers faith-based Christian counseling for individuals who desire to incorporate their faith into the therapeutic process. She believes emotional healing and spiritual growth can work hand in hand, and she thoughtfully integrates biblical principles, prayer, values-based reflection, and discussions surrounding faith when desired by the client. Her approach to Christian counseling is rooted in grace, authenticity, and compassion, meeting clients where they are while helping them explore hope, identity, purpose, and healing through both clinical counseling techniques and a Christ-centered perspective.
Her therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. Ciara believes that healing begins through self-awareness, connection, and recognizing the strengths individuals already possess within themselves. She works collaboratively with clients to develop healthier thought patterns, emotional resilience, coping skills, and a stronger sense of purpose and confidence in their daily lives.
A quote that reflects Ciara’s approach to counseling comes from Friedrich Nietzsche: “He who has a why to live can bear almost any how.” She believes that discovering meaning, purpose, and hope can help individuals move through even the most difficult seasons of life.
